Occupational Fitness & Wellness Programs
The Occupational Fitness Program consists of 6 aspects:
1. Evaluation and measurement
2. Nutrition education
3. Strength training
4. Aerobic conditioning
5. Flexibility training
6. Injury prevention
Participants are introduced to traditional barbell and dumbbell resistance training exercises as well as bodyweight exercises to improve strength and flexibility. The aerobic conditioning aspect consists of using standard equipment such as treadmills and bicycles, but also uses non-traditional conditioning tools such as Kettlebells, ropes, and sleds. Each workout is designed to make each participant stronger and more flexible, ultimately reducing injury and improving productivity.
