 As an active, fitness-minded baby boomer, I initially thought the Right-Fit program would simply validate my current activity(jogging, tennis, push ups, etc.) regimen.  Quite to the contrary, I immediately recognized how limited the usage and motion of several key muscles were, and some posture issues I had.  Today, I have greater flexibility and balanced strength, and feel better physically overall.
