Suzanne Gray is President of Right Fit Sport Fitness and Wellness and has spent thirty years developing inclusive fitness and wellness programs for youth and adults. Her experience includes teaching and coaching athletics at the professional, collegiate, high school and elementary school levels. Suzanne is also author of “101 Fitness Activities & Games for Youth With Autism” will travel to speak at your event, business, school, or desired location. Suzanne and her highly trained staff will share their knowledge of a variety of topics and tailor her speaking engagement based on your needs and goals.

Many children on the autism spectrum exhibit low muscular tone, poor gait patterns, muscular compensation. A combination of these deficits can make movements an unpleasant experience and a poor prognosis for physical fitness. Raise the Bar offers youth with autism individualized movement experiences that are fun and success-oriented.
