Youth = Elementary school athletes - Ages 8-10 / Grades 3-5
Junior Varsity = Middle school athletes - Ages 11-13 / Grades 6-8
Varsity = High school/college athletes - Ages 14 and up
 
·      Class size is limited to 5 athletes or less
·      All classes MUST be pre-scheduled
·      More class times (i.e. Sunday) to be added by request
·      Groups of 4-6 may schedule their own class times
