Argonne Fire Department

 Right Fit turned a 350 square foot garage space into a state of the art fitness facility including a squat rack, benches, dumbbells, Airdyne exercise bike, treadmill, bands, mats, and foam rollers.  This room is beneficial to the fire department because they can exercise in a state of the art facility while they are on shift.  They can increase their health and fitness while on duty to keep them in the best shape possible to be prepared for their daily duties as well as fire and rescue operations.  This room provides state of the art equipment as well as a certified trainer to help each firefighter achieve their fitness goals.
