Adult Fitness -  A 60 minute high energy, total body workout perfect for individuals of varying skill levels. Strong emphasis on correct postures and technique as you work to improve strength and flexibility. Cardio Interval work will increase both heart rates, muscle mass and cardiovascular endurance.
 
Performance Fitness - Challenge yourself to an intense 60 minute workout designed to improve speed, agility, power, and explosion. Movement Fundamentals are stressed as you focus on stretching, strengthening and toning the entire body. This small group training provides each individual personalized attention to achieve a higher level of fitness and wellness.
 
Youth Fitness – Special Populations –Raise the Bar  “Fun “Fitness Activities and Exercises that offer non-stop sensible and developmentally appropriate exercise progression and movement experiences.   The play environment and equipment will provide increased confidence and safety for all participants.
