My son is five years old, and he was feeling badly about himself. He was noticing his brother and friends were skipping, hopping, jumping and doing other gross motor activities that he was having trouble doing. A friend told me about Right Fit Sport Fitness Wellness.
We signed up for six sessions. My son met Dan Dubick, his trainer. He was wonderful! Dan was not only very knowledgeable, but he knew how to motivate him and make exercise enjoyable at the same time. Watching your child's self-esteem rise before your eyes during a 60 minute session was unbelievable.
If your child were having trouble with math or reading, you would hire a tutor in the blink of an eye. Dan and Right Fit has been our tutor for gross motor! Needless to say, we are still at Right Fit, and we are continuing to see weekly progress.
