Right Fit's private and group sessions can help a person lose weight and decrease body fat, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and can lower the risk of diabetes, heart pressure, and osteoporosis.  The private and group sessions will help increase strength and muscle mass, improve posture and flexibility, and decrease risk of injury.

Whether your goal is weight loss, improved strength, training for a 5k or 10k race, or just becoming healthier overall, Right Fit's degreed and certified trainers have the solution for you.  Right Fit's trainers will put you through workouts specifically tailored to your goals using state of the art equipment including a treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical, free weights and sleds.
