Sports Performance

Program Details

 

Our Speed Strength Power classes are designed to improve athletes’ “on-field” performance with “off the field” training.  Each class includes:

  Dynamic Warm-up - Our warm-up not only “warms” the athletes, but also improves joint mobility, coordination, and prepares the nervous system for the advanced training to follow.

  Speed & Agility - Our ground-based movement training alternates focus between linear and lateral based sessions.  We will work to improve starting power, running mechanics, ability to change directions, and speed in all directions.

  Strength & Power - All athletes in our classes follow a program specifically designed for them.  Our trainers work to correct imbalances in athletes, reducing the likelihood of injury.  We use a variety of training methods, including variations of the Olympic lifts, plyometrics, free weights, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises.

  Conditioning - Both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems are trained in our classes, improving ability to maintain speed and power.

Age-Apprioprate Classes

 

We split our classes into three developmentally appropriate levels:

  Youth Performance - Ages 8-10 / Grades 3-5

            60-minute Classes

  Junior Varsity - Ages 11-13 / Grades 6-8

            75-minute Classes

  Varsity - Ages 14 and up / Grades 9 and up

            75-minute Classes

Although the principles of movement and strength development remain the same, the classes are tailored to meet the needs of the different developmental levels of the athletes.

Small Group Settings

 

Groups of 5 athletes or less are led by our degreed and certified trainers.  Though a group, each athlete is individually evaluated, tracked, and programmed specific to their needs and goals.

 

 

Training Packages

Our packages are designed around our belief that there are not any “quick fixes.”  Consistent, well-designed training over time creates results.

  Youth Performance

1x/week for 8 Weeks - $125

2x/week for 8 Weeks - $200

Monthly (2-4x/week) - $175

  Junior Varsity/Varsity

1x/week for 8 Weeks - $160

2x/week for 8 Weeks - $275

Monthly (2-4x/week) - $225

ALL classes are by appointment. See our schedule for class times.
All packages include an initial Athlete Assessment at no extra cost
Private (one-on-one) performance training available upon request at a rate of $75 per hour
