Eric Stone B.A., CSCS, USAW
Eric Stone is the Director of Sports Performance for Right Fit. He has worked with hundreds of athletes of all ages from 8 to semi-professional, and different sports, from football to volleyball to Irish dancing, and everything inbetween. Stone specializes in advanced speed and strength training for athletes of all sports. He believes the combination of training force application through mechanical speed exercises and force production through strength and power exercises makes athletes faster, stronger, and more agile. Stone's "Speed-Strength-Power" classes were designed around those principals.
In addition to working with school-age athletes, Stone has been involved in the “Raise the Bar” autism fitness program at Right Fit. He has trained individuals on the autism spectrum for improved motor development, strength, endurance, and coordination from ages 5 through adult. Stone also works with adults of all levels on achieving their fitness goals. He can both incorporate elements of his athlete training protocol for the adult recreational athlete, as well as work on achieving structural balance through functional movements for improved wellness.
