Garrett is the owner of Champion Sports Advantage Strength Training Classes. Garrett has had over fifteen years of ice skating training, is a past national skating competitor and has been coaching for over fourteen years. He also received his bachelor’s degrees from Carthage College, Kenosha, Wisconsin, in Exercise Sports Science and Business Administration and a master’s degree from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois in Fitness Management with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. In addition to strength training, he is also a figure skating instructor at the Darien Sportsplex in Darien, Illinois.
