Jennifer Day has been teaching dance in the Chicago area since graduating high school.Sharing her class rooms with all age
groups,from 3year olds to adults. Capitalizing on the strong dance foundation she has also coached cheerleaders, pommers and figure skaters.She believes in emphasizing clean technique,uncompromising core strength,strong posture and artistry.These promote longevity and accomplishment in the performer.
Day had the good fortune to study under a variety of outstanding teachers. A few being Yvonne Brown,Stone and Camryn,Gus Giordano,Lou Conte,Ron Daniels and Joan Lawton.Her performance career incorporated many dance styles,which lead her from Chicago to Colorado and to Europe. She holds a teaching certification from Chicago National Association of Dance Masters. The association through which she pursues continuing education. She also holds a BA from Elmhurst College, both in Geography and German.
She is currently raising her four children and enthusiastically sharing her passion for dance and all its life changing benefits.
