Joe Molter - MS, CSCS, USAW

Joe Molter graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2007 and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Sports Studies with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2009.  Molter has completed internships at The HIT Center in Columbus, Ohio and The Body Club in Charleston, IL where he trained clients from all walks of life including people with cardiac issues, NCAA Division I football recruits, triathletes, National Level Olympic weightlifters, children, and clients who wanted to lose weight, including a cast member of NBC’s The Biggest Loser. Also, Molter was an assistant for the strength and conditioning department of the University of Illinois football team, helping them to a birth in the Rose Bowl.
 
While at Right Fit, Molter has given presentations on the topics of weight loss, myths of exercise, and improving occupational safety by promoting healthy habits to local schools, businesses, and the Argonne National Laboratory.  Along with private and group training, Molter also works with off-site locations such as Argonne National Laboratory, Argonne Fire Department, and Aging Care in LaGrange.  Also, Molter has set up fitness and wellness programs for area high schools and fire departments including strength and conditioning exercises, flexibility and mobility exercises, and nutritional education.  Molter has a vast array of experiences including training individuals with autism, dementia, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and stroke victims.
 
In April of 2011, Molter was awarded the Medical Fitness Association’s Rising Star Award for his work in the field.
 

 

Molter is also CSCS certified, NSCA-CPT certified, and is a certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.
