Joe Molter graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2007. From there, Molter completed an internship at The HIT Center in Columbus , Ohio where he trained clients from all walks of life including people with cardiac issues, NCAA Division I football recruits, triathletes, children, and clients who wanted to lose weight, including a cast member of NBC’s The Biggest Loser. Upon completion of the internship, Molter was hired on as an assistant for the strength and conditioning department of the University of Illinois football team, helping them to a birth in the Rose Bowl.
Molter completed his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Sports Studies with a concentration in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University in July of 2009. During his time there, Molter worked with EIU’s Adult Fitness program, helping members set up fitness routines that fit their needs. While completing his degree, Molter also completed an internship in athletic performance working with children, adolescent athletes, and National level Olympic weightlifters.
Along with group and private training, Molter also works with off-site locations such as Argonne National Laboratory, Argonne Fire Department, Community House in Hinsdale , and Aging Care in LaGrange.
Molter is also C.S.C.S. certified, NSCA-CPT certified, and is a certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.
